Now, as a not for profit organisation, we plan, promote and deliver events for the local community to enjoy.

📣 WE'RE BLOWN AWAY!! We couldn't have possibly imagined that The Gold Party would have been this successful! What an incredible total. 🤯 Thank you so much to everyone who donated before, during and after the event!! Special thanks to The Firs Club, who not only gave us the party room and DJ but donated a very generous amount to the total. 🤩 Aylestone Community Events only exist to have a good time while raising money for worthy causes, but this one felt extremely special to so many people in Aylestone and beyond and we're unbelievably proud of how well this fundraiser went. THANK YOU EVERYONE!! 💛💛💛

One massive thank you from last Saturday's The Gold Party - Nestegg properties are one of our biggest champions, donating two bottles of delicious Tequila Rose which went down an absolute treat with many of you and helped to raise many more £££s for LOROS in the process! 👌 Thanks to Anita, Naomi and the wonderful Nestegg Properties team for their support. * The Firs Club Aylestone Road for being incredible hosts - they are so accommodating in providing the room and the DJ, not to mention moral support and advice! 🪩
* Disco Vibes - a fabulous set of 80s tunes with a massive selection of CDs, we also love that he played requests and judged our Best Dressed competition! 🎶
* Volunteers - Laura, Katy, Lucia and Anita (as well as Eleanor & Jacob) helped with set up and to run our activities. 🤝
* Gemma and her sister for the delicious cakes! So kind and they tasted amazing. 🧁
* Every business who donated for our raffle and tombola - such super prizes. 🎁
* Everyone who didn't come BUT bought tickets or just donated to the cause! What selfless, lovely people you are!! ❤️
