Please can I request that if you hire our sweet cart someone from the party is there for set up

When we aren't told a specific area to set up and people there dont know it makes things very hard, especially when there isnt many options for space in the room as the sweet cart hasn't been taken into consideration

If someone from the party is there we can follow instructions

Instead today we have dropped our cart off and the organiser has emailed to say its in the wrong place howveer the organiser was not at the venue and the people we asked didnt know and told us to put it where we did even though we told them it would be blocking the sign/picture

Unfortunately this had never hapoened before but it may be a change we need to make going forward
