We are so happy to be able to introduce our new Venue & Events Manager Natasha Pace to the team. Natasha has already proven herself onsite and this week has been sourcing some fantastic venues for our amazing clients.

☑️ Onsite management for this important event was a ‘VOTE’ of confidence ☑️

We were proud to be ‘elected’ by our client to provide onsite support for 90 guests at the House of Commons on Tuesday evening.

The dramatic entrance through Westminster Hall and Central Lobby always sets a spectacular tone, and the Thames Pavilion’s riverside terrace offered the perfect setting for topical content and conversations.

💪🏼 The next 7 days isn’t one for the ‘WEAK’ Event Managers 💪🏼

What a week we have lined up. It starts with one of our biggest events of the year we are onsite at the Postillion Hotels Amsterdam looking after 300 delegates for 3 days including a private VIP cruise on the Oceandiva ⚓ .

Later in the week it’s an early morning where we are remote managing 🎧 a group of 80 at the Mandala Club Singapore.

Then its over the South China Sea 🛫 to Madame Fu in Hong Kong where 30 VIP’s will enjoy a lunchtime networking event.

We will be ready to get home 🏠 offering onsite support early next week at the House of Commons for a 60 person evening reception.

Finally its another bite of the Big Apple 🍎 at Casa Cipriani New York and Faena New York where we have booked a private lunch and accommodation for 30 people.

Thankfully we have our new Venue & Event Manager starting with us just in time..... but introductions to our ⭐ Natasha will have to wait until we can take a breath 🫁

🔨 Yes we are still BANG’ing on about Bangkok 🔨

Simon Penaluna was onsite managing a clients private dinner and drinks reception at SO/ Hotels & Resorts Bangkok Iris and Wild Iris. This venue ticked all the boxes, both located on the 29th floor, they capture the essence of a sun-kissed Italian summer with panoramic views that span across the lush Lumphini Park 🏞️

The highlight of the evening was the exceptional culinary journey curated by Chef Enrico Pantorno. Known for his modern Italian Riviera-inspired menu — featuring signature dishes and coastal Mediterranean flavours.
