at dubbing good food we believe in eating raw ingredients as part of a health diet, we use as much wholefoods as possible when cooking soups and stews and salad tubs and always source the best ingredients, avoiding msg and other nasties. We also try and avoid fake sugars and man made trans fats that can be found in supermarket cakes and biscuits and protein powders that you are encouraged to consu

me in the gym, dubbing good food was inspired by my love of good food and finding the best ingredients to feed my children, my brother has also been a big inspiration as he encourages us as a family to find alternative medicines and gives us great tips on what to avoid putting in our bodies, Its great to feel great about what your are eating and know what you are putting in your bodies and at dubbing good food we can assure you that everything we cook and use is only what we would eat ourselves. We also believe that treats are part of a healthy balance in life and we still love to cook a fat bacon butty or indulge in some cake...lets face it we cant be good all the time...life would be so boring!!

We would like to thank all our loyal and very patient customers

When I finished the shop in Buxton I wasn’t expecting to be as poorly as I have been with my hereditary condition

Unfortunately the last 3 years have been a really hard slog

We haven’t advertised or pushed our little business due to me not being able to cope mostly

My daughter plum and her boyfriend Warren who has trained at Leek college for a year so far … training as a chef have helped me through every aspect of the process

There have been times we have thought about winding dub up ..

But little orders trickle in from our very loyal customers and we can’t say no ..

Plum has learned so much and can handle almost anything in the kitchen

With a little push this summer she will be putting health tubs back on for delivery

❤️ Please read & share if you would. Hetty’s High Teas are £16.50 a head. We do not serve Afternoon Tea. “To be fair where can you go and get Full Afternoon Tea for £16.50 a head?” We have received a complaint on social media saying we are false advertising! We have not served Afternoon Tea for some time. Our high teas are good value for money. Hetty’s has grown in popularity and high teas are the best option for our small kitchen & menu. We know how much you all like our high teas and we want to thank you all for your continued support. We just want to reiterate that we do not serve afternoon tea.
