🧊 An American doctor named John Gorrie built a refrigerator in 1844. He wanted to cool the air in rooms. His machine made ice, which he would hang from the ceiling in a basin. Dr. Gorrie is known as the person who created ice cubes, even though he wasn't trying to cool drinks.🧊

😊 Here at Jigsaw Gyms we have a number of cool drinks, iced coolies, ice coffees, milkshakes and just good old water. We have plenty of ice cubes and even frozen glasses. Come on down and enjoy an ice cold drink whilst your kids play. 😊

🍝 Ring-shaped canned pasta was introduced in 1965 by the Campbell Soup Company under the Franco-American brand, by marketing manager Donald Goerke, nicknamed "the Daddy-O of SpaghettiOs", as a pasta dish that could be eaten without mess. 🍝

😊 Here at Jigsaw Gyms we serve our spaghetti hoops on toast separately so your little person can choose whether to dip or pour on top themselves. We also do an adults portion if you're a fan of spaghetti hoops on toast. 😊

☕️🧊 Frappés, the popular iced coffee drink, have some interesting origins and characteristics. They were invented in Greece in 1957, when a Nestlé employee couldn't find hot water for his instant coffee and mixed it with cold water and ice instead. 🧊☕️

😍 And just look at our new Caramel Biscoff Frappe, made with ice, coffee, caramel sauce, whipped cream and dusted with crushed biscoff biscuit crumbs. Just the right amount of naughty. Available now! 😍

🥗 A fun fact about salads is that the word "salad" comes from the Latin word "sal," meaning salt, as early Roman salads were primarily salted vegetables with oil and vinegar. 🥙 Monday Morning fun facts 🥙

😊 The word "panini" is actually the plural form of the Italian word "panino," which means "small bread roll." Therefore, when you order a panini, you're essentially asking for multiple sandwiches. And here at Jigsaw Gyms we pride ourselves on our paninis. 😊

🥙 All our paninis come served with a side of fresh side salad, a handful of tasty crinkle cut crisps and a choice of potato salad or coleslaw. 🥙

☀️ Good morning Tiny Tykers. We hope you're enjoying this lovely weather we've been having.☀️

🙈 Speaking of the weather. Due to reduced interest in indoor play because of the sunny days we are having. Tiny Tykes will be reducing their hours between now and the 8th of September. 🙈

😊 Bookings are still required and highly recommended but walk ins are always welcome. 😊
