Wedding eve feasting! This shot was taken at a wedding in the highlands of Scotland last year. It was a beauty of a venue with a lovely couple Anda and Scott. We served two days of food (and a huge leftovers box for the Sunday) - the main days celebration was complimented by a selection canapés, a Middle Eastern feast and a delicious dessert table. The picture you’re seeing above is a deep layered aubergine veggie lasagne served alongside flatbread, salad and new potatoes in butter with fresh herbs.

What a year it’s been!
2024 was nothing short of relentless, with HSC pushing harder than ever. After all that effort, January is always our time to reset before diving back into the hustle.

This year, we’re unwinding in the Himalayas—but “unwinding” might not be the best word for it! The journey to get here was an adventure in itself, including a hair-raising 300km ride through the mountains with some fearless drivers.

In the background stands the magnificent Nanda Devi, towering over 7,000m—a true giant of the Himalayas. Words can’t capture how breathtaking and epic these mountains are. Feeling incredibly lucky to be here and to witness such raw beauty. 🌄

The journey so far..

The kitchen is the heart and soul of our family home. For many years we’ve been having friends over for dinner parties which always went down a storm. One evening, a friend said we could make a good business from selling our meals.

We began throwing ideas around about how the business should run. We called our landlord to ask about the possibility of running a business from our home and he couldn’t have been more supportive; he even paid the cost of the renovation to make it into a commercial kitchen. The Honest Supper Club was born.
