Final day of catering for - today’s feast included frittata for breaky with vanilla brioche followed by Morrocan Tagine with cous cous salad loaded with feta and pine nuts and as a little treat for them having us Shannen baked one of her legendary baked cheesecakes. Now time to get ready for this weekends job where we’ll be serving up 800 canapés.

Head Chef and one half of Honest supper club, Shannen shares her secret Sti Lankan spice mix recipe. she uses it in many of our Sri Lankan style curries, it has a unique warmth and spice from the quantity of cloves and black peppers.
