☀️ Trying to hold onto summer a little bit longer? 🇺🇸🍔🍦

Billy Bob’s is basically a slice of classic America without leaving Yorkshire.

Think dining inside a real school bus, retro diner vibes, a proper American jukebox, a soda station, huge portions and plenty going on for the kids.

We went for one of their stacked burgers and it absolutely delivered. Proper comfort food, loads of flavour, and exactly what you want from an American-style diner.

And then there’s the ice cream… 🍨

Honestly, the desserts here are on another level. Huge sundaes, wild flavours and portions that will blow your mind.

It’s also a brilliant family day out with loads for children to see and do, which makes it much more than just somewhere to grab a burger.

🇬🇷 Looking for a Greek restaurant in Leeds? should be on your list.

We recently visited Olive Tree Brasserie Leeds for a proper Greek feast, and there were some serious standouts.

We started with scallops, meatballs, halloumi and chilli garlic king prawns, before moving onto the mains.

🍖 Lamb Kleftiko – unbelievably tender and packed with flavour

🍗 Metaxa Chicken – creamy, comforting and one we’d absolutely order again

🍰 Finished with Banoffee Cheesecake and brownie, because obviously we weren’t leaving without dessert.

The food was excellent, the restaurant has a beautiful interior, and it’s a great option if you’re looking for somewhere for a date night, dinner with friends or Greek food in Leeds city centre.

Urbanary verdict: definitely one to add to your Leeds restaurant list 👀

Our friends at continue to show exactly why they’re one of the most popular restaurants in Leeds 🇮🇳🔥

We visited at 8pm on a Tuesday and the place was absolutely packed, which says everything. Huge credit to the team for creating a restaurant that still has that kind of buzz week after week.

We got stuck into some of the newer dishes on the menu, including the Travancore Kozhi Varattu and Cheeni Chat to start, before moving onto the duck roast and one of the highlights of the night, the fried sea bream. Incredibly flaky and moist, with a stunning sauce that was made for mopping up with the Kerala paratha 🤌

Finished with the mango ice cream kulfi, but here’s your Urbanary tip of the day 👀

👉 Ask if they’ve got the jackfruit kulfi. It’s not on the menu yet, but you’ll thank us later.

Another brilliant evening at Tharavadu. Great food, a packed restaurant and a team that clearly knows exactly what it’s doing ❤️

🔥 CHEF FERN HAS DONE IT AGAIN…

This time with Tori Nori, bringing a Japanese grill with a twist to Leeds, and this was genuinely one of our favourite meals of 2026 so far.

The standouts?

🌶️ Chilli Beef Tower
🥩 A5 Wagyu Beef
🥪 The Katsu Sandos

Big flavours, brilliant presentation and plenty of theatre along the way.

Chef Fern has created something that feels fun, different and seriously memorable without losing sight of the most important bit, the food.
