I qualified with City & Guilds many years ago as a chef and worked in various establishments, one being the famous "Betty's Cafe". Here I developed my love of afternoon tea and all things cake. Several years later I have returned to the food industry to share my enthusiasm a
nd passion by bringing the afternoon tea experience to you in a location of your choice. We offer a bespoke, personal service. Tailor made to suit your requirements. All our menu items are homemade, freshly prepared using the finest ingredients. In fitting with traditional afternoon tea our fayre is served on fine English china and upon linen table cloths and can be seated or buffet style depending on circumstances.
