What a brilliant day supporting Smart Works Leeds at Grantley Hall - what an inspiring line-up of speakers and experts.

The day served up fantastic conversations around confidence for women across Yorkshire.

Smart Works is a charity that provides women with the clothing, coaching and confidence they need to succeed in interviews and get the job.

Next week, Smart Works Leeds will host The Confidence Code at Grantley Hall, a special fundraising day designed to explore confidence through mindset, style and beauty, while raising funds to support women across Yorkshire.

Taking place on Wednesday 20 May 2026, the event will bring together experts, supporters and guests for inspiring conversations, a luxury two-course buffet lunch, access to a Smart Works designer clothing rail, a Confidence Experience Lounge, charity raffle and networking.

Every ticket helps Smart Works Leeds provide interview coaching, clothing and confidence to women preparing for job interviews. Last year, 68% of the women dressed by Smart Works Leeds secured the job.
