The weather's looking good for the first concert in this year's Musical Sundays programme of free concerts on the Greenhead Park bandstand on Sunday 13 July, starting at 2pm.

Nightflyers Dance band will entertain you with swing music both old and modern. This Glenn Miller style Big Band includes a female vocalist, and are sure to get your feet tapping.

Come early to get a seat or bring your own folding chair or rug - and don't forget your sun protection! There’s no charge but a collection on the day will help Friends of Greenhead Park to cover the costs of putting on the programme.

Not long now to the start of Musical Sundays - a programme of free afternoon concerts on the Greenhead Park bandstand.

First up are Nightflyers Dance Band on Sunday 13 July. This 16 piece Glenn Miller style Big Band will get your feet tapping with swing music both old and modern. Come early to get a seat or bring your own folding chair or rug, and enjoy a great afternoon of music in the park.

I’ll be depping (aka standing in) again for The Night Flyers Dance Bands regular singer at Greenhead Park Huddersfield on Sunday 13th July, 2pm-4pm. Would be great to see you there.
