This lovely family travelled all the way from London to Yorkshire for their stunning wedding at 🤍

We had never met any of the children at this wedding ahead of the big day, and they didn’t want to leave us by the end of our time together 🤍

Some clients ask me if an initial meet up is essential - the answer to this is no. Although an initial meet up can help both parents and children to feel at ease ahead of the big day, seeing a familiar face again, this review shows we don’t have to meet the children ahead of the day to still have lots of fun together 🤍

Another amazing 5* review from a recent non-event nanny job I did 💫

Did you know that I also offer my nanny services for babysitting, weekend nanny work, over night stays etc 💫

To give you an idea of the services that I offer, this is the role I undertook for this lovely family. The parents had an evening work event to attend together…

🤍 I arrived at 4:30pm to allow mum and dad to get ready
🤍 I fed the children tea and tidied up
🤍 Had lots of fun playing with toys
🤍 Bed time routine
🤍 Tidied play room when children were asleep
🤍 Finished at 1am when parents arrived home

Such lovely words from my most recent bride. Her little man was a pleasure to look after for the day ☺️

To give you an idea of what services I can offer this is how our day went -

🤍 I collected Rex from the hotel where Dad was getting ready, took him for a drive to nap before the church ceremony (rain stopped us from walking and napping in the pram)
🤍 I kept Rex entertained throughout the church ceremony - he was the star of the show for sure!
🤍 Rex and I travelled to the nearby reception in my car
🤍 We socialised with family and friends throughout welcome drinks/canapés
🤍 I assisted with photographs when Rex was needed
🤍 Rex sat with family throughout speeches and the meal, however, I intervened when he needed a nap in his pram throughout the meal
🤍 More socialising and lots of fun with glow sticks and bubbles until the evening reception began
🤍 Lots of disco dancing when the music started
🤍 Bed time routine in Grandma’s room

Each wedding day is different. I’m always flexible to work with you and your child’s routine to make the day run as smoothly as possible for everyone 💫

❓ What is an Enhanced DBS ❓

• An Enhanced DBS check is suitable for people working with children or adults in certain circumstances such as those in receipt of healthcare or personal care.
• The certificate will contain details of both spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings that are held on the Police National Computer, which are not subject to filtering.
• The certificate may also contain non-conviction information supplied by relevant police forces, if it is deemed relevant and ought to be contained in the certificate.

It was a pleasure to part of this lovely clients big day. The whole family made me feel so at ease and welcome. Their little girl was a total dream to look after and made the whole day extremely enjoyable 💫

My morning consisted of helping out during the bride getting ready, preparing food for the little one to take with us, nap time and lunch time 💫

I then drove the little one to the ceremony where I was on stand by at the side, incase it all got too much for her. I then mingled with guests so they could all see the mini VIP, helped out with photographs and went for a walk with the pram for nap time 💫

We then sat together with the bride and groom for the wedding breakfast, where I assisted with meal time and cleaning up before heading out to enjoy the fresh air whilst the speeches were underway 💫

Once the evening guests started to arrive, we said to goodbye to everyone and headed back to the cottage where I followed the bed time routine and spent the evening there until the bride and groom came home 💫

I looked after this ladies two children aged 6 and 8 for the weekend, including an over night stay. We enjoyed a fun filled day out to Harlow Carr, tea time together, movie night and a yummy pancake breakfast the next morning 🥰

Yesterday, I had the privilege of taking care of the Bride and Grooms 1 year old daughter, who was an absolute dream all day 💫

The whole day ran smoothly, the family made me feel so welcome and included. They had thought of everything from garden games for the older children to a little teepee with baby toys in for the younger ones 💫

To give you an idea of what services I offer, here’s a run down of my day yesterday -

🤍 Arrive at 10am
🤍 Assist with nap time
🤍 Prep picnic food to take with us
🤍 Wake baby up and gave her a light lunch before getting dressed
🤍 Drove to the venue with the little one in my car
🤍 Sat close by in the ceremony, on stand by, should I need to take baby out
🤍 Assisted with photographs
🤍 Nap time walk in the pram around the grounds
🤍 Served and helped the baby to eat the main meal, clean up after
🤍 Outdoor fun and play whilst speeches were done
🤍 Socialised with guests so they could all have a cuddle with the little one
🤍 Headed back to the cottage for bed time routine
🤍 Home time at 1am
