Denica and Joe have been together 15 years, which means they’ve already built the life that a lot of people hope marriage will bring. So this was less about new beginnings, and more about facing each other and saying: we made it. Let’s keep going. ❤️

Their ceremony was funny, grounded, totally them - including Joe's family tandem. A running joke about tiny legs. Vows worthy of two creative writers. And a bond partly forged on a dangerous mountainside in Japan (which all 4 parents were hearing about for the first time!) 🚲

🎉 The Faulkners - 06.09.25 ❤️

Thanks to Becci and Liam for asking me to be a part of their big day 🥳

Football, wine and raving all made an appearance, even if Liam admits some of his best raving days might be behind him! 🕺

All made extra special by a wine memory box and the star of the show, Rolo the bulldog, who delivered the rings 🐶

Wishing you both all the happiness for married life and your mini-moon in Ibiza 🏖

Kirsty & Chris 💚

A lovely, funny, completely brilliant pair, it was a joy to write and lead a ceremony for them 🥰

There was laughter, a lot of love, and beautiful family touches - from the handfasting with Kirsty's family tartan and the whisky-filled Quaich 🥃

A ceremony celebrating early train adventures, a shared love of music and a slightly chaotic (but still perfect) kake based proposal ✨

And the rain held off and the sun shone at just the right time 🌞

What a way to kick off 2025 wedding season!

Yesterday, Bethany & Antony tied the knot in the heart of Leeds at , surrounded by the best kind of people - the ones who make you laugh, cry (in the good way), and keep the beer flowing 🍻✨

From the very start, Bethany and Antony wanted a ceremony that felt right - no fuss, no fluff. And that’s exactly what we did. A love story told their way, with plenty of laughter, a few happy tears, and a big old cheers to the future.

Bethany & Antony, you smashed it! Wishing you a lifetime of love, adventure, and perfectly timed punchlines. ❤️

Steph & Aydin, the new Mrs & Mr Aksel ❤️

A bit of Turkish, tequila fueled nights at Salvation in York, a straw poll about their first date, some stunning vows and a beautiful ceremony space filled with love from friends and family 😍

Getting to know, write, and speak about couples is the best part of being a celebrant and this amazing pair of people were no exception 🫶🏻

Tab & George, the brand new Mr & Mrs Holland ❤️

A ceremony full of fun stories, first meetings at a house party, a shared love of pubs & pints and an embarrassing amount of train pins 🚂

Such an amazing couple to be able to write about and a joy to talk about 😁

An extra special day getting to do a ceremony in front of several people I already know, including the bride and groom, and some wonderful people I got to meet for the first time 🥳

*A traditional Romanian wedding blessing that means 'house of stone' - as in wishing you a marriage that lasts as long as a house of stone. We managed to include this and another line of Romanian in today's ceremony, even if my pronunciation was less than perfect! 🇷🇴

Today was their vow renewal - a lovely celebration of 51 years together and 44 years of marriage 🎉

An amazing life together, so far filled with music, dancing and a love for each other that is still as strong as it was in 1973 🥰

Lots of laughs and stories many of their guests had never heard before. Here's to many more 🙌🏻

This is a really fun one to write - an amazing pair, with a lot of funny stories, an amazing love for each other, big on communication and more than happy to throw in a well-placed swear word. Just my kind of people! 🙌
