π£ EASTER CAN BE MUCH!
β¨ Only a few more days and Easter is just around the corner. For most people, that means spending time with the family and eating delicious food.
β€οΈ It can be very reflective days with great memories with the family. But sometimes, like Christmas, it can also be very hectic.
β‘οΈ To avoid this, we have given you a few tips on how to go through the Easter days mindfully and recharge your batteries.
1οΈβ£TIP #1 - Even if you can't wait for that delicious meal and grandma has baked that heavenly cake, eat slowly and above all mindfully. Smell the cake, look at it and chew slowly. Pay attention to your breathing while you eat.
2οΈβ£TIP #2 - Even though Easter mostly means spending time with family, give yourself a little time for yourself. It's okay to say you want to be alone or not be at the annual Easter egg collection.
3οΈβ£TIP #3 - Make an effort to get outdoors - if you can, make a trip to a forest or nature reserve, or the beach if you're able to get there. If not, even a stroll around a park is enough to clear your mind and blow away the cobwebs.
4οΈβ£TIP #4 - We all know some family members are just hard to love or irritate a lot. Although it may be hard at times, accept everyone for who they are and be grateful that they are there. After all, they make Easter as you know it.
We wish you all HAPPY EASTER! β€οΈ
