On Friday we're putting our fantastic team on show so whether you're a student or a bar regular, come and support some familiar faces as they flex their skills for us all from 8pm!

On Saturday we have our regular night of FREE live music with three great bands taking the stage in our fully stocked bar, doors at 7:30pm!

Finally got round to doing the flyer for the Full Moon party in September!!! 😍
This is a day time party 4pm till 9pm, tickets are only £10 and ALL profits go back into The Girls Cult to keep sessions running for free 💜

This is a ticket only event and you will need your QR code for entry. 18+ Ladies only event.

DJ ZOIE 4pm till 6pm playing the best in house, baseline and UKG
DJ KYLE 6pm till 9pm with a little bit of everything (RnB, UKG, DNB, Nu metal, House and some of your fave boybands thrown in)

That’s where body doubling can help.

Body doubling is as simple as working alongside another person or group of people in a supportive, judgement-free space. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no need to explain yourself. Just a dedicated time to focus on whatever you need to get done.
Whether it’s work, studying, life admin, creative projects, organising your space, or tackling that task you’ve been avoiding, having others around can make it feel much more manageable.

My body doubling sessions provide a calm, welcoming environment where you can set your goals, work at your own pace, and celebrate the progress you make—no matter how big or small.
Sometimes we don’t need someone to tell us what to do. We just need someone there while we do it.

I’m here every Wednesday 9:30-3pm, if you fancy joining me just drop me a message!! Groups are always a maximum of 4 (including me) AND you get your own little work space or the comfy chair!! All I ask is a little donation towards drinks while you’re here!!
