SPRING MENUS 🌼 Follow for the best wedding food around.

Time for a refresh!

After a bit of a hiatus, we've been busy rejigging our business to focus on weddings, private cheffing, and corporate catering.

A huge thank you to for the amazing retreat course.
We've been cooking for clients in their homes and airbnbs for over a year.

Why the shift?
The market scene wasn't working for us - high costs, low foot traffic, and unpredictable weather. We'll still pop up at select markets and festivals 🚐.

EGYPT TRAVELS PART 1 🐪 Follow for vegan recipes and daily life

I’m on my last day in Dahab Egypt. This is just a snapshot of the first few days 📸

1. Smoothie - here you can get any type of fresh juice you want, pretty much anywhere
2. Our group photo ❤️ (no idea who the photo bombing Koreans were though 🤷🏼‍♀️)
3. Mo’s family cooked us food on the beach
4. A pint of hibiscus
5. There’s a lot of street dogs and cats. We will be donating to a neutering programme when I am back

EVERYTHING WE’VE EATEN SO FAR IN BANGKOK 🍰 Follow for more vegan food travel posts

We’ve been in Thailand for a week now and this is some of the food we’ve eaten 🌱
1 - sweet potato waffles from
2 - Tofu tacos also from Pure Vegan Heaven
3 - Peanut butter protein shake again from ⬆️
4 - Dragonfruit Oreo cheesecake from .koh.samui
5 - Pesto pasta from Kapuhala
6 - Pineapple shake. You can get these everywhere and sometimes can make them into milkshakes with oat milk!
7 - Veg momos from one of the street vendors at Thong Sala Market
8 - Banana and potato (not mixed together!) samosas from another vendor
9 - vegan sushi for one night
10 & 11 - sweet and sour chicken and duck in plum sauce from JaJa vegan on Koh Phan Ngan
12 - Salmon poke bowl from .co_kohphangan and they made my birthday cake too 🎂
13 - Almond feta and watermelon
14 - pineapple fried rice from ⬆️
15 - of course we had to have mango sticky rice

Everything is 100% vegan

Hoisin “duck” with cucumber, spring onion and sesame seeds

Siracha mayo fries with spring onions and sesame seeds

was my first event in my little van all those years ago so has a special place in my heart!

Today we are down the Scots club in Bletchley, MK for Witch festival

We aren’t under the Nemo banner but we have our freshly cut skin on fries with

Hoisin “duck” with cucumber, spring onions and sesame seeds
Slow cooked meat Birria mushrooms with crunchy sweetcorn and coriander (or without if you have the soap gene)

You can have all this in a roll too!

We’re here today until late and tomorrow 9-6ish

APRIL AND SOME OF MAY 🐰 Follow for the BEST vegan fish and chips

Honestly…

as you know businesses in hospitality are closing down at a rapid rate. Some of my favourites have shut their doors and long term festivals not running this year.

In Jan after a terrible market (which unfortunately is becoming the norm) I decided to move more into retreat cheffing and private cheffing.

I work for across the country providing vegan meals for yoga and hiking retreats. I am going on the in Nov as I always want to learn more.

I have been at college getting my proper “chef” qualification and I am using this now with my experience on a platform called where you can book me (within 95 miles of Durham) to cook for you.

If you are interested in following my journey on this you can follow my other instagram Be warned there is meat photos on that page as unfortunately there isn’t enough clientele in the North to be 100% vegan private cheffing but it’s this or close and go back to engineering. I’m keeping a close eye on how hospitality progresses or doesn’t this next year.
