🌿 Ever dreamed of running your own children’s play village and building a flexible business around family life?

In 2023 we opened The Hidden Village Leeds — a beautiful role-play village where children explore miniature real-world environments while parents relax with a coffee nearby. What began as a small family project has quickly grown into something really special, with three venues now welcoming thousands of families every year.

As the Hidden Family Network continues to grow across Yorkshire, we’re now looking for the right people to take on the day-to-day running of two of our existing venues, allowing us to focus on developing the wider Hidden experiences while continuing to support our venues as they grow.

This is a rare opportunity to step into an already operating business with an established customer base and proven model, while working closely with us as part of the Hidden Family network.

It’s a flexible, lifestyle-focused business that would work particularly well for:

• parents wanting meaningful work around family life
• teachers or early years professionals
• anyone passionate about creating positive experiences for children and families

Two opportunities are currently available:

🏡 The Hidden Village Leeds – our established city centre venue (available from just £6,000)

🌱 The Hidden Village Keighley – a beautiful neighbourhood venue with strong growth potential (available from just £3,000)
