Whilst we’ve been a little quiet on here, behind the scenes we’ve been planning quite the research trip to the Napa region in California.
When consulting with our clients, we always like to consider the bigger picture when planning an event. Whilst food is our passion, the entire guest experience is carefully considered and discussed with our clients, including exclusive drinks pairings.
With so many exceptional wine offerings now available globally, we decided to take a trip to the world-renowned Napa region and take part in some market research of our own!

Day 1 insights- we started off the day with an incredible culinary experience from whilst enjoying a beautiful scenic trip throughout the Northern Napa Valley areas. Wine pairings included Chardonnay, and a 2019 Merlot from

We travelled into and were hosted in the most beautiful surroundings, sampling the Red wine flight (more to come on these offerings).

Finally, we finished Day 1 with a stunning view of the vineyards, and a glass of the 2019 Blanc du Noir sparkling, which was a personal favourite.

🍁🍂Happy Thanksgiving to all of our family, friends, vendors, clients and staff that have become part of the DINE Catering family for the past 9 years! 🍂🍁

We have reflected upon the last 9 years of business, and are so thankful to have not only survived, but thrived in the aftermath of most recent events, including a terrible natural disaster ( ), and a 2 year Global Pandemic.

We appreciate each and every one of you more than you’ll ever know, and we can’t wait to continue on this culinary journey with you.

It’s officially Fall, y’all!! We had the pleasure of serving 450 tenants today with a gorgeous dessert table of dreams, featuring some favorite fall flavors.

Featuring S’mores shooters, Pumpkin cheesecake mousse pots, and Apple crumble with cinnamon cream, these desserts were really a crowd pleaser all-round.

Topped off with a build-your-own Candy Apple table, which was a huge hit!

Thank you to Post Oak Houston tenants for hosting us today; we had a fantastic time with you all!

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, and love to see people’s reactions to our food and displays, as we all know that you eat with your eyes first!
