PLEASE NOTE!!!!
The Royal British Legion
is closed for good
the doors closed and will not be reopening as a British Legion club still unknown as to what will be replacing the club and there have been numerous suggestions as to what is going in it's place
so please read this before sending a message requesting bookings or offering services as there are still quite a few people asking

Rite so yesterday was a wash out couldn't get out to do my 10k race hmm because of the road closures for the cycle race so today I phone cancer research to find out where I can do a replacement race well seems all the 10k races have now finished hhmmmmm so there are some 5k and 5k pretty muddy well done them so that's now not a challenge hmm
So what else can I do then I know let's go for it yes you got it on the 4th September I am going to be doing wait for it half marathon you heard rite yes half marathon mad yes that's me going from 5k yep cobatted that to 21k I'm bonkers in fact raving bonkers guess I better start running a bit more 😊😊😊😊so if you haven't already take a peek at my just for giving page and donate come on now this had got to be worth donating let's do it 😊😊😊😊

I have now completed race 2 of 3 in my race for life weather was a bit dismal at least the rain held of my next race will be on the 31st July but here's a twist if I reach half of my target on my just for giving page I will add another race making that 4 races so I you all want to see me participate in another race then take a peep at my just for giving page an donate

Well we are very proud to say that "THE LADS" won the skittles competition last week so keeping the trophy where it belongs here at effingham rbl well done to THE LADS 😊😊
