Warehouse crew... assemble! 💪😂

Today's dream team is ready to hit the road!

🎈 Joe is taking Corrie out with our Kinetic Balloons for her very first event with the new centrepieces. No pressure... but luckily she's got "big brother" Joe on hand to show her the ropes.

🚚 Meanwhile Andy and Clare are doing what they do best, giving the van and order one final once-over before it leaves the warehouse. If it's not checked at least three times, did it even happen? 😅

And those smiles? Well... whatever Gary shouted from behind the camera clearly deserved an award. 😂

Good luck team, go smash it! 💙

It might only be September... but Christmas planning is already in full swing! 🎄

If you're hosting festive parties this year, now is the perfect time to secure your Christmas décor.

Our 6-week hire packages are proving incredibly popular with hotels and venues that want to create a magical festive atmosphere without the hassle of changing table decorations or coordinating multiple suppliers between events.

We install everything before your Christmas season begins, your guests enjoy beautifully styled tables throughout every celebration, and we return to collect everything once the festivities are over.

Simple, stress-free and full of Christmas magic.

Our longer-term hires are filling up quickly, so if you'd like to add something special to your venue this festive season, we'd love to hear from you.

✨ Don't leave it until December—your future festive self will thank you!

Fast installs? Challenge accepted. 🌕💪

Here's Jake showing us how it's done during one of our Full Moon installations.

👀 Think you've got a sharp eye? Count how many moons he's carrying in one trip!

Now we're wondering... will anyone else on the team be able to beat that record at the next Full Moon event? 😄

Jokes aside, this is exactly why our clients trust us with tight turnarounds. By combining an experienced team with clever design choices like our Full Moon centrepieces, we can transform a venue quickly, efficiently and beautifully.

Got a short installation window? We'd love to help.

✨ Warehouse Wednesday... or should we call it Quality Control Day? 😉

Our Inflatable Gold Orbs are getting one final test before heading out to an event later today.

Inflated? ✔️
Looking fabulous? ✔️
Ready to wow guests? ✔️

We're all about the checks... and then checking them again. 😄

Because the best events start long before the first guest arrives.

When you love what you do, work never really feels like work… especially when it's at one of Gary's favourite venues, The Birmingham Grand Hotel.

This installation was a real family affair, with Gary joined by Corrie and Fred to create another beautiful event.

With balloon styling, shimmering backdrop walls, elegant Ritz Lamps and carefully placed uplighters, every element came together to create a stylish, welcoming space for guests.

And let's be honest...

Is it even an event with Gary if there isn't a team selfie? 🤳😂

Absolutely not... and we wouldn't have it any other way.

How low can you go? 🎈

Installing our Kinetic Balloons is one of those jobs that looks simple... until you have to do it yourself!

Attaching each balloon to its mechanism takes patience, precision and a very steady pair of hands.

That's why we always play to our team's strengths, and when a job needs doing with meticulous attention to detail, Fred is the man for it.

It's the care that goes into every installation behind the scenes that creates those effortless-looking moments our clients and their guests enjoy.

Thanks, Fred, for another brilliant setup! 👏

When every element works together, that's when the magic happens. ✨

Here's a look at the Mentoring Awards 2026 at the QEII Centre, where we were delighted to work with Cheerful Twentyfirst to create a colourful fiesta-inspired setting.

The illuminated palm trees immediately transported guests to a tropical paradise, while our custom fire-print Spire Poseur Tables teamed perfectly with our Blaze installations to create that warm, "fire on the beach" feeling.

To complete the look, our colourful Kinetic Balloons floated above the tables, making full use of the venue's impressive height and adding another layer of colour and movement to the space.

We love seeing different products come together to create one cohesive design, proving that the smallest details can have the biggest impact.

Thinking about your next themed event? We'd love to help bring your ideas to life.

Looking for a centrepiece that works just as hard as your branding? ✨

Our Pixel Cylinders are the perfect blend of impactful branding and immersive lighting.

Featured here at Silverstone, this client chose to use the extra-wide print area to showcase multiple sponsor logos—but they're just as effective with your event logo taking centre stage.

💡 Double the branding space.
🎨 Endless lighting effects thanks to the DMX Pixel Tubes inside.
🖨️ Designed by you, printed by us in our dedicated in-house print room.
🎛️ Fully controlled through the AV desk for a seamless show.

It's branding that doesn't just sit on the table—it becomes part of the experience.
