I try not to show my face here much, because I like the flowers to speak for themselves but when my daughter said that she wanted to take a photo of me with the arm full of Peonies and Sweet Williams I had picked for this weekend's wedding, I let her and it was too lovely to not share!

So, this is me! ... I'm Claire and I'm the face behind Wildmoor Flowers.

I am a Registered Veterinarian Nurse and still work part time in the vets, along with helping my husband on our family farm, looking after our children and growing the flowers.

I never thought this little business would take off like it has, I am on my third wedding of May this weekend and I can't wait.

I delivered the DIY flower buckets this afternoon to and will be back in the morning to deliver the bouquets, buttonholes and table arrangement for the bride and groom.

Thanks to all my friends who stay friends with me through this busy wedding season while I'm M.I.A!

I also delivered half of the subscription flowers today and if you haven't received yours yet, they will be delivered on Monday, sorry they are a bit late this month!

I was up at 5.30am today to pick flowers for Karl and Hayley's wedding this weekend and May's flower subscription.

The Peonies are looking perfect and the Sweet William has gone mad!

Me and Mum nearly pulled all of the Sweet Williams out back in February because they were looking so rubbish, I'm so glad we didn't.

During the early spring when there is so much to do with lambing and sowing seeds, planting out etc I doubt if I'm actually any good at growing flowers because I'm always so far behind and everything looks a bit of a mess, but it's days like today that it reminds me that I'm doing alright!

Today has been a busy day, but I'm pretty much ready for tomorrow's wedding.

It's nice to finally sit down before getting up early again tomorrow to put the finishing touches on everything ready to be delivered.
