For the majority of your Platinum Experience, your family will enjoy the magic in your own family group.

You may see other families at certain points along your journey, but for most of the experience, the magic is all about YOUR family. ✨

This gives our fantastic elves the opportunity to get to know your children, adapt their approach and create an experience around the family in front of them — helping each child get the very best from their magical visit. ❤️

Because every child is different... and we think their Christmas magic should be too. 🎄✨

✨ Shy child? We won't force them to join in.
✨ Confident little chatterbox? Our elves will happily chatter back!
✨ SEND requirements? Our fabulous elves will adapt the experience to help every visitor have the very best time possible.
✨ Older siblings or grown-ups? Don't worry... our elves have been trained to get EVERYONE involved! 😂🎄

The Roles We're Filling:
The Christmas Crew: Elves, Mother Christmas, and Train Drivers! (No acting experience required—we provide full training, you just bring the magic!) 🧝‍♀️🚂
Transport Elves: Helping our guests park safely and start their journey with a smile. 🚗
Tech & Photo Elves: Tech-savvy superstars to run our Photo Collection and work behind-the-scenes wizardry. 📸💻

The Details:
Who can apply? Anyone aged 16 to 106! (Seriously, there is no upper age limit—we love diverse teams!)
The Hours: Flexible shifts available, including weekends, evenings, and daytimes. Perfect to fit around studies, family, or other commitments.

Isn't it hot!!!! Luckily our magical snow in our Winter Wonderland does not get affected by the heat. We actually found Trixie Elf asleep in there this morning as it was the coolest place at The Party Kingdom...

🎄🎅 THE GREAT PARTY KINGDOM CHRISTMAS TREE DEBATE! 🎅🎄

Well... it has been a VERY exciting day here at The Party Kingdom's North Pole Headquarters!

Mother Christmas gathered all of the elves together this morning with some wonderful news...

✨ We have now passed the Summer Solstice! ✨

That means the nights will slowly start getting darker, and before we know it, Christmas will be on its way!

As soon as darkness arrives at the North Pole, Light Elf switches on the lights of our magnificent Big Christmas Tree and it fills the entire North Pole with Christmas magic.

There is just one problem...

The Big Tree is HUGE...

And everyone has a different idea about how it should be decorated this year! 😲

🎄 Tree 1 – Mother Christmas's Choice
Covered in gingerbread people and beautiful gingham ribbons.

🍬 Tree 2 – Trixie Elf's Choice
Covered in candy canes from top to bottom.
(Although we suspect Trixie Elf may just be planning to eat them all...)

✨ Tree 3 – The Christmas Fairy's Choice
Thousands of sparkling white lights, just like Christmas wishes floating through the night sky.

🌈 Tree 4 – Tinsel Elf's Choice
A spectacular explosion of multi-coloured tinsel!

🔴🟡 Tree 5 – Bauble Elf's Choice
Covered in traditional red and gold baubles.
