800 guests? Think two Airbus A350s.✈️✈️
An Airbus A350-1000 can carry around 400 passengers, so picture two full aircraft’s worth of people arriving at your event.

For accessible event welfare, the recommended provision is 1 Mobile High Dependency Unit for approximately every 800 guests.

Our Mobile High Dependency Unit provides a purpose-built, accessible facility for guests who need additional space, equipment and support - helping event organisers provide more inclusive welfare facilities on site.

We set the challenge… and delivered. Now it’s your move. Summer event season is closer than you think, and the busiest dates don’t hang around. Every year, we see organisers leave sanitation too late and get caught out when demand peaks. Don’t be that event!

At Site Event, we keep things running properly, from high-quality toilets and hygiene facilities to on-site sleeper cabins that cost less than hotels and keep your team where you need them to be.
If your event matters, timing matters.
Book early. Stay ahead. [email protected]
