The Village Hall management committee is looking to fill two vacancies that are vital to the wellbeing of the hall.

Minutes Secretary - After 8 years, Ruby Ccombes has asked to stand down as Minute Secretary. We are a small management committee reporting to the Parish Council and meet every other month (circa 6 times a year) for about an hour and a half and need someone to prepare the agenda with the chair, make sure the committee room is booked and then take and distribute the Minutes in a timely manner. This is not an arduous volunteer role, but crucial to the good management of the Hall and its surrounds.

Caretaker/Cleaner. We are looking for someone who has circa 5-6hrs a week to clean the hall and make sure it is well-equipped for incoming hirers. It is not regular hours with a daily 30min check of the hall coupled with some weekend work between hirers. This is a paid position at an agreed set fee per month for either a self-employed or employed person. A full Job Description is available upon request
