An event organised by Long Sutton Nature Reserve Volunteers:

“Our community nature reserve is 20 months old now, and lots has changed in the last 6 months. For a chance to enjoy the sun and the views, you can come and see what it's all about on

Saturday 15th August from 11-2pm.

BYOP – Bring Your Own Picnic and meet the community volunteers that help run the reserve. They can explain what’s going on and the plans for the future. There are 4 picnic benches but you may want to bring a blanket in case these are taken.

Dogs are welcome on leads.

Please do think about wearing sunscreen and a hat or bringing something to shelter under if the weather is particularly warm. And, of course, please take your rubbish home for recycling.

Just a reminder that the Village Hall car park is being used tomorrow (Saturday) for a private wedding so no public access is available, except for the shop.

For those involved in Long Sutton Cricket Club and their Ladies Day, should you feel the need to drive, then please enter via the top entrance onto the A372 and park at the top of the field and walk down to the Pavilion.

Pedestrian access is available across the car park to access the Play Area, Tennis Courts, Pétanque Court and Hard Play surface.
