'I’m Linford, the face behind Loaf & Loaded.

I’ve been a chef for 16 years, spending most of my career in fine dining and gastro pubs before deciding to do things my own way.

Loaf & Loaded started four years ago as a small gazebo setup and has since grown into our horsebox trailer, where we’ve been serving up loaded subs and loaded fries for the last 18 months.

I wanted to bring proper chef-made food to the street food scene without any of the fuss—just big flavours, quality ingredients, and generous portions.
