A little apology and a huge thank you ❤️
We’d like to take a minute today to apologise to all of our customers for our toilets being out of use and blocked. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control.
We did have a plumber attend site, but unfortunately they weren’t able to resolve the issue. Thankfully, our customers were able to use the toilets next door at the kitchen showroom, and we’d like to say a massive thank you to them for helping us out during what was already an incredibly stressful day.
Today, while we were attending a family funeral, we certainly didn’t expect to be dealing with two blocked toilets as well. But as soon as we could, we headed straight down to the village at closing time.
Both of us, sisters and partners in this business arrived with a bag of rods, filled plenty of buckets of water. With three lids lifted, we rolled up our sleeves and tackled the blockage ourselves.
A few hours later, and thankfully, we were flowing nicely again! 🙌
23:10… I’d say that counts as a late shift!
Running a small business isn’t always glamorous, and some days certainly throw more at you than others. But we’ll always do whatever it takes to get things sorted for our customers.
