From the very first moment a guest received their Roxy Horror gift box in the post, they were stepping into a story.

We built an entire world - one bespoke detail at a time:
💌 A custom event monogram that branded everything from cocktails to content
🎁 Personalised gift boxes delivered in advance to set the tone
🎷 A welcome fit for the darkly dramatic: fire breathers + a sword-wielding band
🎠 A Roxy Horror swing for the perfect photo opp
📸 A branded video booth to capture it all in motion
🍸 Menus that doubled as memorabilia and cocktails as creative as the theme
🖋️ Tattoo artists inking permanent memories on the night
🪦 A graveyard installation: “Here Lies Roxsan’s Youth”
🍰 A cake crafted with all of Roxsan’s favourite things
💃 And a surprise flashmob to kick things up a notch
🎤 All before the headline acts even took the stage…

The Roxy Horror Show 👻🎉

Some events are career highlights. Others are unforgettable. The Roxy Horror Show was both.

This weekend, our team delivered a horror-themed 40th birthday for our client, Roxsan a brilliant twist on her name and packed with theatrical flair.

We transformed a Manchester warehouse into a darkly decadent playground, where gothic glamour met immersive entertainment at every turn. Guests stepped into a world of:

🩸 Graveyards, freakshow mazes & morticians serving cocktails
🎭 Hooded magicians, contortionists & immersive actors
🎤 Live performances from Paloma Faith and Craig David
🎭 Comedy from Donald Trump impersonator Mike Osman
🎻 Music from String Infusion, DJ Stevo, and a surprise flashmob
🎪 And a show-stopping entrance by the birthday girl herself

All hosted by the unforgettable ringmaster, Darren Proctor.

From the very first ‘Roxy Horror’ invitation to the last blood-bag cocktail served, every element of the event was created by us. From bespoke branding to boundary-pushing entertainment we covered it all. This was more than a party: it was an entirely immersive journey tailored to Roxsan and her guests, setting a new standard for theatrical celebrations.

Last week, our team had the honour of supporting our incredible clients and now extended family She Leads For Legacy in curating a powerful, purpose-led Vision Breakfast.

The idea was born during a recent partnership meeting with Saving Grace Events, She Leads For Legacy and Manchester Central.

Listening to the Amesu women speak with such passion, we knew we had to help them share not just their voice, but their vision. ✨

Because their organisation matters.
It matters in the evolution of equity.
It matters in empowering Black women across the UK.
And it’s a movement worth celebrating.

In the lead-up to this year’s Empowered to Lead Conference – which we’ve proudly supported since day one and which will double again this year to over 800 attendees – we explored how to bring their mission to life in a way that felt meaningful, inclusive, and bold.
