We were delighted to welcome Sam Pitt - Wedding Photography Aberdeen back to Kinclune House and Estate to photograph Rebecca and Charlie’s wedding — his second wedding at Kinclune.

Soph caught up with Sam to hear more about his journey. Sam has been a photographer for many years, originally starting in the hospitality sector, specialising in food and drink photography before moving into events. After getting married himself, he asked Andrew visuals , his own wedding photographer if he could second shoot — and was met with fantastic support. They still work together on projects and Sam says he feels incredibly grateful for the encouragement and opportunity he received.

He loves chatting with people and building connections while photographing weddings, and especially enjoys being part of such joyful and meaningful moments in people’s lives. His style is documentary-led and candid, with true-to-life, colourful editing that beautifully reflects the atmosphere of the day.

Sam says the view from Kinclune House and Kinclune Bothy are his favourite features of the estate.

We love Sam's work and are proud to have him on our recommended list of wedding suppliers.

Below are some of our favourite images from the two weddings he has photographed at Kinclune House and Estate.
