First of my Taste of Orkney food platters for cruise ship visitors in cooperation with Excursions Ltd.

Donaldsons of Orkney Haggis encased in Eviedale Bakehouse Orkney sourdough breadcrumbs.

Rendall's Bakery peedie oatcakes, topped with The Orkney Dairy soft cheese and Jollys Of Orkney Beetroot & Orange smoked salmon.

Homemade Bere bannock using Barony Mill Beremeal topped with The Island Smokery Red onion cheese.

Orkney Fudge Tiffin using Argo's Bakery Vanilla Orkney fudge.
