Join The Scottish Opera Community Choir for their end-of-term sharing! These two performances (one at 7.00pm and one at 8.30pm) will showcase choral music, sung by the participants and conducted by Katy Lavinia Cooper.

The Glasgow-based Community Choir meets weekly to sing a mix of opera, classical, popular, folk and world music, welcoming individuals from all walks of life and levels of experience.

To tie in with the Glasgow 850 celebrations, they’ll be exploring repertoire connected to the River Clyde and Glasgow. The end of term performance will revolve around this theme and draw on participants own stories and connections to Glasgow in the past.

Make Music Day UK is part of an annual international music festival and this year Kirkintilloch Male Voice Choir will be joining in by 'Singing in the Gardens'. On Saturday 21st June from 11.30pm to 12.15pm they will be in Regent Gardens, Kirkintilloch singing in the performance area under the canopy. Thanks to Yourkirkycc for inviting us.
