What. A. Day. 🤍✨

Katie & Michael’s wedding at the DoubleTree by Hilton Queensferry Crossing was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment the day began, the energy was absolutely unreal and it never let up.

Rob was behind the camera capturing stunning photographs while I had the pleasure of filming every incredible moment. The atmosphere was electric, with Dan from Fife Wedding Entertainments getting the party started before the meal had even finished, and Elliot on sax bringing the evening celebrations to life in spectacular style. 🎷🎉

And then there were the portraits… The iconic bridges gave us the perfect backdrop, and the gale-force winds? We embraced them! Katie’s veil caught the breeze beautifully, creating some truly breathtaking, cinematic moments that we’ll never forget.

What a wonderful day celebrating the marriage of Eilidh and Aiden at The Den at Culross - Weddings

From start to finish, the day was so relaxed, laid-back and full of laughter – exactly the kind of atmosphere we love to capture. Eilidh and Aiden were an absolute joy to photograph and it was such a privilege for Rachel and I to photograph and video their special day.

What a privilege today was.

Alison & Ross tied the knot in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony at The Rhynd before we headed to Tentsmuir for some portraits in one of Alison's favourite places. It was the perfect setting to round off a beautiful day.

This wedding carried a little extra meaning for me too.

Many moons ago, I photographed Iain & Kirstin's wedding at Altskeith. They recommended me to Lorraine & Stuart for their wedding at Houstoun House, and today, through another recommendation, I had the pleasure of photographing Alison & Ross' wedding.

Three weddings, connected through friendships and recommendations over the years.

As a wedding photographer, there's no greater compliment than having your name passed from one couple to another. To know that people trust you enough to recommend you to their friends is something I'll never take for granted.
