Rump steak, coated in A&O dirty cow, rested in the fridge for two hours, then cooked over charcoal till blue. Hand cut fries, pea shoots and peppers with olive oil and red wine vinegar drizzle. Charcoal scorched pepper to complete. Bon apatite :)

Sunday cooking on the Egg. Lovely piece of pork shoulder, rolled with stuffing filler. Onions and garlic to help flavour. 90 days aged brisket to the top, slowly, every so slowly roasted with potatoes to slow cook for delicious roasties later.
