Hi everyone!
Just a quick reminder to please get those orders in as early as possible. I try to work my diary two weeks in advance to allow for any delays with postage, equipment not working etc. Delays and software hiccups can and do happen. Not allowing plenty of time for orders adds extra pressure on myself as I am only one person making and designing every single order that is created. Not leaving enough time not only makes it more difficult for myself as I have to find space in my diary at last minute but is also unfair on customers that are left waiting for orders when they have had them booked in, with plenty of time.
I completely understand that sometimes these things happen. However, as I get busier and busier it becoming increasingly difficult to fit in last minute orders. I had to turn away 5 different last minute orders on Friday alone. Had those been ordered just a few days earlier, I would have been able to complete them. I hate letting people down, but unfortunately, I am having to do so with more and more regularity. Which is a shame as I do have quiet days where I could fit them in, had they been ordered a little earlier.
