Just been sent this from a parent who brought her son to Wednesdays class of hidden veg pasta… this kid told me he doesn’t like any of the veg he chopped up and was gobsmacked when I told him he made the sauce… he had seconds!! And now he wants to make it again with his mum because he enjoyed it so much 🥰 the empowerment that a child gets when the know for sure what fruits and veg they definitely like and don’t like. There’s a spark there and it makes it all worth while! I do love these children cooking courses!!!
