Little life update x

Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you for all the love and support throughout this incredibly hard time our family has had over the last month, since losing dad. Your kindness and understanding has been such a blessing, allowing me to take a step back from work and focus on family, and I'm so grateful for that.

Unfortunately, during this time, iv also been having my own health worries. Leaving me feeling in limbo with work and the unknown of what was coming next. So I'm hoping that this post may be easier than having to explain it to each new message/enquiry, as each time I get a notification, im feeling super overwhelmed with trying to respond. I have quite an intense few days now coming up, so I plan on having a proper admin catch up nxt week, so please bare with me x

Last friday, i was diagnosed with endometrial cancer (womb) and am currently waiting for a hysterectomy, which should be within the next 6 weeks, with a few other tests going on prior to this.
I'm hoping I get my surgery date soon, so that i can 100% confirm what work i can or can't do going forward, but please do not panic, I have back up plans for everything x

Stay & plays- will unfortunately be taking a pause & will be back up and running when im fully recovered x once again, soon as I know my Op date, I'll know when I have to officially stop.
This Thursdays Mummy & Me at N.wootton village hall is still going ahead, those who are booked on for Mondays session at Barton Bendish, if ur able to swap to Thursday please let me know or if you'd prefer a refund as unfortunately due to another procedure Sunday I am now unable to drive Monday so can't do that one either 🥺
I'm truly gutted, iv been loving each session & all you incredible little ones who have been coming to play. I have had such exciting plans and goals for little business of mine, but for now I guess we'll just have to put a pause on it and come back with a bang when the times right!

💐 Mummy & Me Stay & Play Sessions💐

Mothers Day is approaching, so I have created 3 sessions to celebrate, whether you're a new mum, a step mum, a foster mum, a nanny, an aunty, a godmum, let's all celebrate together!

I will be including a flower bar, 💐 where you will be able to make your own mini bouquet, to take away. Along with a special hand/foot print card from your little one as the perfect keepsake.

✨️ Stay & Play Thursdays ✨️

Currently, i have only managed to get an afternoon space at North Wootton Village Hall, I have had lots of messages asking if they're will be a more local session, but with limited availability at local venues it's not been as easy as I imagined... who knew they'd be so many yoga classes 🤣
So for the time being, I have got 1-2:30pm every thursday, beginning from 20th February.

Stay & Play Monday Sessions

All sessions will include a combination of play for your little ones to explore in a safe environment, including a mixture or soft play, messy play, sensory play, and roll play!
My afternoon sessions will be a reduced amount of spaces and designed specifically for SEN/ additional needs- i have 15years experience working as a senior healthcare assistant on the children's ward, with this i have gained lots of knowledge and understanding and hope I can bring that into my sessions and also offer support where possible.

Free tea/coffee/ soft drinks available. Each week, i will have different local businesses doing pop-up shops for baked goods and other exciting bits along the way! Please bring along cash to buy any of these.
(Also, any businesses interested, feel free to drop me a message & add to the list of dates - I will be advertising these before each session)

📅 STAY & PLAY DATES 📅
The valentines session is nearly sold out, so I have added another of this theme but will be suitable from birth-5years on the morning sessions. My bigger seasonal events will have more included (hence the price difference)
I have uploaded upcoming dates for these sessions, Mondays at Barton Bendish, all the way to May, each session will be themed! Keep eyes peeled for more on the Easter event 🐣

Going forward, all afternoon sessions are set for children with additional needs, suitable for any age. They are set for a smaller number of children to allow more space. Please feel free to message me for more information or queries.

I'm also looking into other possible venues for other days in the week, but for now, Barton bendish Village hall is booked till may! 🥰

Thank you to all these who have been sharing my posts and showing such incredible support! I'm working hard behind closed doors to ensure I can make this a success and hopefully see lots of happy faces at the end of each session!
I have so many ideas and plans going round and round in my head, so I hope to start sharing more snippets and ideas along the way... you may have to put up with my face on my stories more 🤣🙈 sorry about that in advance!

NEW & EXCITING for 2025!

I will be hosting weekly STAY & PLAY sessions! Starting out with a double session full of ❤️

❤️ The morning session 11-1pm (aimed for the younger children 9m-5years) will have a range of sensory/messy play, roll play, and soft play, too!

❤️The afternoon session Valentines DISCO 3-5pm (aimed for older children 5yrs+) with lots of fun and crafts to do. With some epic photo opportunities 😉 creating memories to last!

❤️Both sessions will include a drink & treat from !

❤️Free tea/coffee is available for adults, and there is a chance to buy any additional biscuits on the day (please bring cash)
