📚 BOOKKEEPER WANTED – A FEW HOURS PER MONTH 📚

C&J Weddings & Partyhire Ltd are looking for a reliable and experienced bookkeeper to help us keep on top of our accounts and paperwork.

This would only be a few hours each month, helping us with things such as:

• Keeping our accounts and records up to date
• Organising invoices, payments and expenses
• General bookkeeping and keeping everything in order
• Helping make sure everything is ready and organised for our accountant

💻 Our accounting software is QuickBooks, so experience using QuickBooks would be preferred.

We’re a busy, family-run wedding and events company based in Kilwinning, North Ayrshire, and we're looking for someone dependable who can work with us on an ongoing basis.

Ideally, we're looking for someone local who understands the bookkeeping requirements of a small limited company.

💍 We’re delighted to be part of the Troon Wedding Fayre again this year! 💍

This is always a fantastic and well-attended event, with an amazing catwalk show and some brilliant wedding suppliers all under one roof.
