PH Prep was created by our founder, Paul Hope, in early 2017 and was driven by a desire to taking the hassle out of healthy eating; by providing prepared, ready-to-eat meals at great prices.

Paul’s ambitions were always to have his own gym & complimentary healthy meal prep business. With both professional objectives now achieved, Paul continues to be driven to improve the quality of the products & services he provides to his customers.

At PH Prep, our goal is to grow the business steadily, maintaining our friendly, personal service that our existing customers love while on-boarding new customers. Underpinning this strategy is a promise to continue to deliver the high quality, healthy meals that we have been serving since PH Prep opened its doors.
