Slow roast Oxfordshire turkey served with all the trimmings (duck fat roasted potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, buttered carrots, Brussels spouts with crispy pancetta and celeriac gratin) cranberry and walnut stuffing + roast turkey gravy

Butternut squash en croute with trimmings served with lemon and thyme roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, buttered carrots, roasted Brussels and walnut and cranberry stuffing + roast veg gravy
