Catered a beautiful cocktail party with a wonderful selection of canapes last week - a mixture of hot and cold little mouthfuls to accompany some summer drinks. Pea, Mint and Preserved Lemon Croustade was definitely the favourite, closely followed by Beetroot Jam and Whipped Ricotta and the Porcini Arancini.
