A note regarding our Independent Alterations Service.
Alterations are required 99.9% of the time to ensure the perfect fit for your perfect dress.
Sometimes the seamstresses may decide they need to see you more times than the average (3 usually 😊) this may be due to changes in measurements, a change in a heel height on a shoe or more intricate pattern work, we will always try to work with you to make the process as smooth as possible.
We ask that you work with your seamstress and our team (who are always on hand to help out) because they are there to make your day perfect.
We do respectfully request that our teams are treated with kindness at all times, we understand that the lead up to a wedding can be stressful, but we always always make sure that we do everything we can to assist the seamstresses in making the alterations process flow as smoothly as possible.
Of course you do not have to use this service at all, all Tamsin’s Bridal Boutique customers are free to collect their gown on arrival of the dress to the store and take it away for alterations - the service is fully independent to us but are our only recommendation as we have seen their quality of work x
