The perfect time for cozy nights in, fluffy jumpers and family time.
And, of course, colourful woodland walks!

I now have the beautiful Wyre Forest on my doorstep. When the leaves turn, it makes the most stunning backdrop for some gorgeous autumnal family, couple and pet photographs!

Who doesn't love a giggly bridesmaid photo?! 😍💍

Bethany and David got married at the gorgeous Hopton Court Estate last week and it was a day filled with fun, laughter and super chilled vibes from the moment I arrived.

David's Dad is ordained, so they asked him to perform a blessing ceremony for them outside the venue's impressive orangery, and the personal touch to this was just so lovely.

This was followed by a drinks on the lawn, with some gorgeous sunshine, an amazingly fun live acoustic trio, a sneaky game of clipping pegs to everyone without them noticing (including me of course), and the backdrop of the impressive lakeside Georgian house 🩷

Joanna and Alex came to me for a beautiful maternity session last week and I'm so pleased with how these have come out.

Hi, I’m Kate!

I’m the head photographer at Still Light Photography, specialising in creative and natural wedding and portrait photography. I am based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire however I take commissions all over the UK and overseas on request.

I do what I do simply because I love it! Capturing the moments, being part of each individual story, meeting new people...it’s fantastic! I fell in love with photography because I love the idea that you can freeze a moment in time that you can never physically return to, but you have the visual memory forever. For me this makes photography priceless and I feel honoured to be able to work in this industry.
