The last time your mind encouraged you to try a new physical challenge?
When it told your body,
'Give it a go. I can't promise, but I think you've got this!'

For me it was here, in the moment, before I attempted a new PB of 105kg.

Did I lift it?

Yes, I did!!!!

Have faith in yourself. Whatever the outcome, you're still strong ❤️
