Our lovely Chloe who created this gorgeous spray for her Great uncle’s funeral. She’s been with By Arrangement since she was 17 and is integral to the operation. Always smiling and always works hard and diligently. From apprentice to Hardware Manager but can turn her hand to anything. And in particular floristry!

Love my team!
