Urgent Message.
It is with much regret that due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to cancel the Nov 26th Xmas Market.
less than 24 hours ago we were informed by the Venue (Beths Grammar School) that we would have to sign a new contract that more than doubles the rental cost of the venue. Despite the fact that we have been booking this venue continuosly since 2012 they have, with apparently new staff/managment decided the day before our contract deadline to increase the hire charges by over 100% something we are unwilling to pass onto our customers. We have tried desperatly to find another venue but at such short notice all other venues with the needed capacity are already booked or otherwise unavailable.
Martin, Phil and John would like to thank everyone for your support and we would like to offer our most humble apolagise for any inconvenience this may cause. We have of course fully refunded everyone who has already booked a pitch for the 26th.
We will keep everyone updated for future events so please keep looking at this page and we hope to see you all in the very near future.
