Beautiful 50th soirée set up on Saturday for the lovely Claire”s special birthday.
Guests were treated to a delicious menu of canapés followed by some tasty cocktails, whilst dancing the night away to some top tunes. A great night had by all.

We are extremely fortunate in the team and associates we have hence being able to hand pick the best artists around .

Today we have had three client visits two repeat clients which alone speaks for itself as this is our core business.
We work to rave reviews every time which has made our business grow so much over the last five years. (Amber Events has been in business for 17 years but was focused mainly on corporate hospitality previously)
People are astounded by our attention to detail and the service our on house event management and staffing team provide.

Busy day for us .
We have the pleasure of working for two clients today. Both clients are repeat business this particular house it’s our 4th visit there having find the clients 50th and also two of her children’s 18th and this being the 03rd child’s 18th ( one more to go hopefully) They have a hot tub in the centre of the garden which with our magic team we make it disappear and create a lit up feature for later in the evening !
Watch this transform for that special celebration. Looking forward to having all the A team on site tomorrow night .

Team work makes the dream work,
I am not one to put my face to the business as I strongly believe I help but it happens because I have an amazing team behind me. But … I love this picture so much as these two make the parties have a fantastic vibe.
We have a fabulous team of 10 mixologists and about 30 event staff who hide behind the scenes but I am truly grateful to everyone, we receive many compliments it’s amazing.

Back to business ..
What a fabulous way to launch into summer celebrating the gorgeous Amy’s 40th birthday. We have worked with this lovely family on three of four occasions and last night didn’t disappoint which was important to us as a team.
Cocktails and canapés were in fine flow and we were supported by who had the dancefloor rocking until the earlier hours.
We received numerous comments about our team it was a proud night for us .

As 2025 picks up speed we are working with clients choosing structures for forthcoming events.
With our British weather during the winter months sadly we are left with only marquee options but there are so many more to choose from in the summer ☀️
We have added just a few pictures.
Last year we put up many stretch tents which really literally is a very blank canvas from which you can create any unique style.
Whether it’s a wedding or a mini festival in a field or large garden we can advise and create a personal experience.

As we return to season 2025 after a well needed rest we wanted to post a couple of events we didn’t get round to before Christmas.

We were delighted to host Christmas Party in Beckenham at Park Langley.
Our clients had a fantastic time with Amber Events providing the catering which consisted of a three course delicious seasonal menu with various dietary requirements and different choices.
The J&P team danced the night away to one of our awesome Dj”s in the ambient lighting setting.
