We’re exhibiting this weekend at the NEC in Birmingham and it’s made us reflect on our own wedding last September…

The bride (me!) and bridesmaids got ready at before we headed to Warwick for our wedding ceremony at St John’s House. Then it was back to for our stretch tent wedding reception

Guests enjoyed delicious tapas and paella from .zampa and amazing live music from the very talented

Rain or shine, the dogs at K9 Anytime are covered! 🐾
We’ve just rigged a 12m x 18m stretch tent from the existing lean-to roof, creating sheltered cover over both outdoor activity areas. Now the pups can run, play and train outdoors comfortably no matter the weather.

It’s a new year so we thought it would be the perfect time to do a little updated intro post.

We are a small business made up primarily of husband and wife team Sebastian and Rachael. (We got married a few months ago and of course we had a beautiful stretch tent wedding reception at our lovely outdoor venue )

Sebastian founded the business after close to a decade in the industry and years as General Manager of an events company in Reading.

Sebastian is on-site at every job to make sure everything is 100% up to standard, and Rachael (me!) is always on hand at the office to support in any way, so you can always get in touch with one of us.

In addition to the two of us there is a small crew of other valued team members. We are also proud to work with a range of trusted suppliers to make sure we have all your event needs covered.

When we’re not working you’ll find us out on long dog walks with our (very spoilt!) dogs Lexi and Oscar, climbing (Seb), training for a half marathon (me) or planning our next trip (next up is Tanzania later this year!).

We’ve already got a lot of exciting things on the horizon this year, we can’t wait to share everything with you!

What a way to finish the year ✨
We closed out 2025 with a New Year’s setup for and and their family and friends — turning our 10 x 10.5m stretch tent into the ultimate cinema and party room for the kids 🎬🎉
Complete with a dual-vent marquee heater to keep everyone toasty, a 12ft inflatable cinema screen and projector, PA system, disco lighting rig, cosy lounge furniture to relax on, and of course… a red carpet entrance 🌟
Not a bad way to see out the year 🥂
