If you want people to communicate differently, sometimes it helps to put them somewhere different.

Away from meeting rooms, screens and familiar workplace roles, the dynamic can change remarkably quickly. People who don't usually work together need one another. Different strengths emerge.

Someone has to listen. Someone has to lead. Someone spots the solution nobody else has seen.

Sometimes the most valuable part of a team day isn't actually on the itinerary.

It's the conversation walking to the next activity. The laugh over lunch. Meeting somebody from another department properly for the first time. Or discovering something completely unexpected about the person you've sat three desks away from for two years.

We put a lot of thought into the experiences we create – but we also understand the importance of the space around them.

Because those seemingly small moments are often where genuine connection happens.
