If it doesn’t change how your team works, it’s just a nice day out.
There has to be a genuine reason for bringing people together.
A commercial case for that budget demonstrating a real return and positive outcomes.
The activity is simply the vehicle for delivering that shift in behaviour.
So before planning anything, it’s worth asking yourself:
How do things need to be different after this?
Because when the outcome is clear, the whole experience becomes more valuable and far more impactful long after the event finishes.
