Oliver has over 15 years experience working in professional kitchens. From humble beginnings

in the trade preparing canapés for the family events business to working in some of Europe’s most inspiring and decorated kitchens, including Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Cornwall, Le Petit Nice de Passedat in Marseille, Grand Hotel Timeo in Sicily and Bistro Bruno Loubet in London. Let Oliver share his passion and knowledge of food and drink with you, and experience the joy of having superb food using the best seasonal and local produce in your home. Oliver also teaches cookery classes at The Limpsfield Cookery School in Oxted, Surrey. From the cookery school, Oliver is able to host pop-up event nights, as well as cater for private events. Up on the menu this week is a fragrant coconut-based Keralan moilee, with a zingy lemon rice, our favourite cabbage thoran and flaky paratha.

Regrettably we have taken the decision to stop deliveries to Gorran Haven, Mevagissey and Grampound Road, focusing on the Roseland Peninsula, Tresillian and Truro. We’re sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

On the menu this week, the firm family favourite, Punjab Makhani. Even our 3 year old loves it!

As always, free delivery to all TR1 and TR2 postcodes as well as Gorran Haven and surrounding areas. Please note that delivery will be between 4.30 and 6.30pm, although will likely be around 7pm for Gorran Haven. We are a small business with myself and my wife juggling childcare and deliveries, so please bear with us especially in the case of bad weather when deliveries may be slightly delayed. We will get to you as soon as we can!

Our tikka masala curry is a rich, heady dish using aromatic whole spices including black cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves in a tomato-based sauce enriched with a generous amount of butter and cream, then finished with fresh ginger and dill. All fresh, natural ingredients are used in our cooking - no luminous orange food here!!

Jalfrezi combines smoky onions and peppers in a tangy spicy sauce, spiced with garam masala, fenugreek leaves and our own tandoori masala, available with chicken, prawn or vegetables.
