Anyone hiring us for their little one’s party, please could you take a moment to read through our new hire agreement.

We’ve had a few mishaps recently, so we’ve now put an agreement in place to help protect both ourselves and our customers and to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support! 🐯❤️

We have now received the new covers for our soft play, as unfortunately, there were some marks on the previous covers that we were unable to remove.

Going forward, if any marks are found on the soft play after your party, we will need to hold the deposit until we have had the opportunity to clean the covers and ensure the marks can be removed.

We would also like to remind everyone that NO FOOD, DRINKS OR SHOES are allowed on the soft play. Please ensure that soft play is kept on the tiles at all times.

We recommend taking a little time out for food before allowing the children to return to the soft play. We have unfortunately found gummies, sandwiches, sticky sweets and other food in the ball pits, which can be very difficult to clean. 🙈

Finally, please make sure children do not remove the stickers from the soft play. Once removed, the sticky residue can transfer onto clothing and is much harder to remove.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to keep our soft play clean and in the best possible condition for everyone to enjoy. 💕
