Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that if any adults are struggling, or if you have children with mental health challenges, I’m more than happy to offer support in any way I can. As someone with a diagnosis of AU/ADHD, I understand very well what it’s like to face difficulties, and I’m happy to share my time, experience, and advice.

Some of you may know that I’m a falconer with a wonderful collection of birds. I’ve found that working with them is an amazing way to escape the pressures of everyday life. I’m happy to offer educational displays, interactions, and guidance with my birds, and to use this as a positive outlet while helping where I can. I also have many helpful contacts that I can connect you with.

Please feel free to reach out if you’d like support or even just a brief escape from your troubles. I’m fully insured for education and conservation activities, and as someone with a neurodivergent household, I’m particularly good with children. I’m friendly and approachable, so don’t be shy!

I just wanted to add that while all the support I’m offering to people facing difficulties is completely free as part of a non-profit project, I would be incredibly grateful for any donations that people might be willing to provide.

For those with an interest in birds of prey in general, I also offer private displays and interactions on land I have full permission to use. These can include a mixture of Owls, Hawks, Falcons, Buzzards, and soon, an Eagle! Getting up close and personal with these amazing birds is a unique experience, but in these private sessions, donations or small fees are necessary to help maintain the welfare of the birds, cover travel, and ensure the organisation can continue to run smoothly.

The welfare of the birds always comes first, they are my life, but running these experiences does have costs. Any contribution will help us continue to educate and conserve these incredible creatures. I promise it won’t break the bank and will go directly towards creating the best possible experience for everyone involved ❤️

I’m on a mission to work with kids, young adults, and even adults to show that living with ADHD isn’t a limitation, it’s a different kind of power. In fact, with the right mindset and support, you can do more than what’s considered “normal” (if that even exists).

Through animal care and hands-on work, especially with birds of prey, I’m helping others learn how to control their thoughts, manage emotions, and unlock their full potential. I’ve been lucky enough to receive incredible help throughout my life, and now it’s my turn to pass that forward.

Even if I still struggle to use everything I’ve learned for myself, I know I can use it to help others, especially those who never got the chances I had.

Hey everyone! We wanted to take a moment to let you know that this page is no longer focused on music or DJing. Spence & Hawkstone Falconry is now dedicated to Falconry Sports and Conservation efforts sharing our journey with these incredible birds of prey, our work in conservation, and everything that comes with the sport.

If you’re looking for our educational content, don’t worry that’s still available! We’ve linked the dedicated educational page in a pinned post at the top of this page.

We appreciate all of you sticking with us through this transition, and we can’t wait to share more about the amazing world of falconry. Stay tuned for updates, photos, and stories from the field!

Change is the only constant in life. It's an undeniable truth that often challenges us in unexpected ways. For some, like myself, navigating change isn't always a smooth road. It has taught me an invaluable life lesson.

Living through life's transitions, every shift, big or small, can feel overwhelming. Yet, in this whirlwind of adjustments, I've come to realize that embracing change is not about denying difficulties but acknowledging their presence while learning to navigate through them.

Each change, every transition, offers an opportunity—an opportunity to build resilience, to learn, to adapt, and to grow. It's not always an easy journey, but it's a journey worth taking.

So, to everyone out there navigating change, whether smoothly or with difficulty, remember this….It's okay not to be okay during transitions. Embrace your journey, seek support, and trust that with each step, you're growing stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
