Cookies & Cream 🍪😍

A beautifully velvety vanilla base sprinkled with crushed cookies & cream biscuits 🍪 what’s not to love!!?! 🙌

Another flavour trialled and successfully tested 🤤 just two more to trial and a couple of sorbets too and the menu is complete!

Also going on behind the scenes is the painting and finalising of our freezer and a lovely website for all things gelato 🍨

Trialing my chocolate gelato recipe for the first time on Friday and it was delicious! 🤤 and my taste testers (aka family and partner!) really enjoyed it too!

Safe to say this one is a keeper for our 2025 weddings and events! ✅
